- A completed application for Access to Housing
- A completed application for Sacajawea Non-Profit Housing Inc.
- Proof of Indigenous, Inuit or Metis ancestry
- Income verification
- Landlord references
Applications are available at Sacajawea’s office during the office hours of 8:30am-4:00pm, by email, fax and by clicking on the “Application” button.
Completed applications may be sent to CM@Sacajawea.ca. When sending in your application, please ensure all required documentation is included in the E-mail.
After the application process, the applicant will be placed on a priority list which is regularly monitored by our Case Manager.
All applications and documents are kept confidential.
Applicants are required to call to update their file every 90 days.
