Completed applications MUST include the following documentation.  

  • Completed application for Access to Housing
  • Completed application for Sacajawea Non-Profit Housing Inc.
  • Proof of First Nations, Inuit or Metis Ancestry
  • Income verification (NOA)
  • Landlord references

It is essential to keep your application up to date and respond promptly to any requests from Sacajawea for additional information. This helps ensure we can continue to serve you without delays.

Applicants are required to call to update their file every 90 days. 

Please refrain from contacting Sacajawea staff to inquire about when you will be housed. Our staff cannot predict or estimate housing timelines, as this depends on the status of your file and your housing selections. Applicants on the priority list will be contacted and offered a housing interview when a unit becomes available.
